Market Manager
Genpact
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with providers, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations. • Build pipelines of consumer opportunities through grassroots outreach, events, and nonprofit partnerships. • Actively expand the company’s presence and reputation in assigned markets. • Develop and manage events, outreach campaigns, and provider-driven initiatives that result in consumer engagement. • Conduct outreach to agents in the market and pair them with opportunities generated through provider and community partnerships. • Monitor conversion and follow-up activity, ensuring opportunities are leveraged effectively. • Represent the company at health fairs, nonprofit and carrier events, and local association meetings. • Create and maintain trusted relationships with providers to drive referrals into the agent network. • Act as the primary point of contact for community partners in assigned markets. • Track KPIs, including provider partnerships established, events hosted, opportunities generated, and opportunity-to-enrollment conversion. • Gather market intelligence on consumer trends, competitor activity, and provider needs. • Report results, challenges, and opportunities regularly to leadership. • Ensure all outreach and engagement activities comply with federal, state, and carrier regulations. • Stay up to date on CMS and ACA guidelines governing marketing and provider/community outreach. • Model the highest standards of integrity and compliance in market activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in provider relations, healthcare business development, nonprofit/community engagement, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of health insurance markets, especially Medicare Advantage and ACA.
- Proven ability to generate opportunities through partnerships and grassroots outreach.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track, measure, and act on performance results.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Strategically source, solicit, qualify, and select new subcontractors for implementation of projects and construction services in various markets across the U.S. as determined by project location, including meeting small business and minority participation goals. • Assist in the development and preparation of the structuring and breakout requested in the pricing portion of RFP/RFQ proposals including pricing worksheets and forms. • Ensure project development pricing complies with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety, environmental, & quality standards, practices, codes. • Perform project estimating activities to provide accurate estimates of material quantity take-offs and labor for all trade categories. • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; and negotiating price. • Development of detailed Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates at all phases of design and preconstruction, including conceptual estimating requirements. • Develop comprehensive time phased detailed General Conditions cost estimates based upon the project requirements. • Coordinate estimates with the project engineering and development team, host customer, subcontractors, design engineers, state & local permitting authorities, local utilities, and construction management team bridging project development and construction execution activities. • Attend and support design meetings with the project engineering and development team and design engineers to ensure estimate alignment with cost and budget. • Review and turnover pricing assumptions, exceptions, clarifications, and remaining allowances/contingency carried over into the project budget with the project management team. • Attend pre-bid walks hosted by the client. • Schedule and facilitate pre-bid walks hosted by Ameresco, including facilitation of access requests, and preparing of attendance sheets and other associated documentation. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of each working month. • Perform other duties as may be required to execute and implement all preconstruction responsibilities.
