Inside Sales Supervisor – Gas Services
CYBOT
• Lead sales team in all aspects of work, elevating their individual abilities and performance. • Evaluate, develop, and train new employees while reviewing their progress. • Problem-solve with customers and coworkers with diplomacy. • Work with Branch Leadership to establish goals and objectives for assigned area. • Resolve customer order problems and complaints promptly. • Review complaints concerning billing or products sold, referring complaints for investigation. • Determine the merchandise desired by being familiar with products sold in the department. • Identify and utilize appropriate company and/or customer pricing systems. • Establish or improve relationships with customers to better understand sales territory. • Communicate with customers to receive orders for products. • Call regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. • Describe and/or demonstrate product, emphasizing salable features. • Sell and promote branch and company-wide promotions and specials. • Partner with outside sales representatives and management on sales strategy.
