Role Description This is a fully remote role. To be considered, you must permanently reside in one of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, ME, NY, NH, OR, AL, GA, TN, TX, LA, MS, NM, NE, SC, VT. Every lead you work with has already raised their hand—whether through a form fill, inbound call, or marketing campaign. Your role is to connect, build trust, and sell the value of the visit—earning the opportunity for our Sales Consultants to step into the home. What Makes This Role Different - No cold calling—every lead is inbound and company-generated - You own your leads—no handoffs, no resets - You sell the appointment, not the product - Relationship-driven, not transactional - If a customer says “call me in 10 days”—you call them in 10 days. You build the relationship from first touch through appointment confirmation. Role Description The Manager, BFCC Operations & Performance is responsible for leading Bath Fitter's centralized customer acquisition and lead conversion operation across North America. This role oversees a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and frontline leadership while driving performance across the entire customer acquisition funnel. The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to optimize: - Speed-to-lead - Lead conversion - Appointment setting - Customer engagement Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, and Technology teams, this leader will play a critical role in maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing the customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a builder and change agent who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and enjoys leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to drive results. Role Description In this role, you'll design engaging digital learning experiences, support talent development programs, and collaborate with experts across the business to deliver content that truly makes an impact.
