• Visiting supermarkets and other retail outlets according to the designated plan. • Using the mobile application to take photos of the shelf where the product is located from different angles, scan product barcodes in the assigned category, and record product information in the system. • Reporting technical issues encountered while using the mobile application.
Job Requirements
- Being at least a university student or graduate.
- Having a mobile internet data plan on a cellphone.
- Having a public transportation card for city travel.
- Being able to use mobile applications effectively.
- Being careful and responsible.
- Being available to work at least 3 days per week.

Role Description As a valued member of the Beneficiary Support Team, you’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for individuals navigating sensitive life transitions. You’ll serve as a trusted guide—answering questions, offering reassurance, and walking beneficiaries through their available options with care and clarity. - Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls - Provide resolutions and communicate important information - Navigate multiple systems while maintaining grace under pressure - Perform back-office duties, such as processing claims and filing paperwork Your role is rooted in empathy, communication, and professionalism.
