Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Oracle Cloud HCM applications, providing guidance and support to project team. • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget. • Establish and execute project plans to implement Oracle Cloud software. • Work with COE Leads to establish staffing to support the project and adjust as needed throughout the project. • Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions and drive completion by the team. • Establish risk mitigation plans and execute those plans to minimize risk of the project. • Lead and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW (Statement of Work). Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and key dependencies. • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded. • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. Foster collaboration and communication among team members. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control processes. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Highlight key milestones, issues, and risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits or/and Time & Labor modules implementation methodology and the challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams.
- Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Experience managing project activities for a team of consultants and other implementation specialists who interface with the client organization during the Oracle Cloud implementation.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred.
- Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions.
- Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Previous experience in software implementation consulting with Oracle HCM applications.

Role Description The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project and reports to the Director of Design Build Construction. Qualifications - BA/ BS degree in Business or Engineering.
