Qualifications - 3+ years of experience designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting solutions on Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate). - Experience building and customizing Power Pages (Liquid, web/page templates, site settings, authentication, permissions). - Experience with Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, data modeling). - Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate. - Experience implementing custom UX and client‑side logic using JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Knowledge of ALM processes (Solutions, environment strategies, DevOps pipelines). - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements. - High School Diploma. • iQuasar LLC is seeking a highly motivated Appian Developer with Appian development experience to support enterprise case management, data integration, and workflow automation initiatives within complex federal environments, including the Department of Labor (DOL) FLAG ecosystem. • This role supports both O&M and DME activities within an Agile, DevSecOps-driven environment. • Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, including workflows, interfaces, process models, and business rules supporting case management functions. • Implement Appian objects (records, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations) aligned to enterprise architecture standards. • Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and external systems, including REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka/DataHub event-driven pipelines, Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Analyze and resolve production issues, defects, and enhancement requests in a mission-critical O&M environment. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives).
