• iQuasar LLC is seeking a highly motivated Appian Developer with Appian development experience to support enterprise case management, data integration, and workflow automation initiatives within complex federal environments, including the Department of Labor (DOL) FLAG ecosystem. • This role supports both O&M and DME activities within an Agile, DevSecOps-driven environment. • Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, including workflows, interfaces, process models, and business rules supporting case management functions. • Implement Appian objects (records, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations) aligned to enterprise architecture standards. • Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and external systems, including REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka/DataHub event-driven pipelines, Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Analyze and resolve production issues, defects, and enhancement requests in a mission-critical O&M environment. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–8+ years of software development experience, including:
- 2+ years of Appian development experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Appian (process models, SAIL, integrations)
- SQL and relational databases
- RESTful APIs and system integration
- Experience supporting Agile development environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-performance, mission-critical environments
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years to obtain the required clearance
