• Die RESQPool GmbH unterhält ein Team aus spezialisierten Fachkräften um Mitarbeitende im laufenden Dienstbetrieb zu supervidieren. • Unser Team aus Supervisoren sucht derzeit Verstärkung. • Jeder Mitarbeitende, egal ob RettSan, RettAss oder NotSan wird bei RESQPool einmal pro Quartal von einem Supervisor (m/w/d) im Dienst begleitet und erhält ein live Feedback mit Hot-Debriefing nach den Einsätzen. • Hierbei geht es nicht nur um die individuelle medizinische Performance, sondern vor allem auch um Kommunikation und Team Ressource Management Aspekte. • Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeitenden damit die Möglichkeit sich stetig selbst weiter zu entwickeln und regelmäßig hochqualifiziertes Feedback durch speziell geschulte Kolleg:innen zu erhalten. • Zusammen mit Features wie der digitalen Erfassung invasiver Maßnahmen durch NotSan und regelmäßig stattfindenden Mitarbeitergesprächen ist das Supervisorkonzept bei RESQPool ein weiterer Schritt zu gelebtem medizinischen Qualitätsmanagement. • Als Notfallsanitäter:in mit Supervisorqualifikation bei RESQPool erwarten Dich spannende Einsätze bei unseren Kunden im gesamten Bundesgebiet.
Job Requirements
- Notfallsanitäter:in mit min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung ab dem Examen
- Bestehende Praxisanleiterqualifikation für NotSan oder Pflegeberufe oder eine berufspädagogische Weiterqualifikation
- Identifikation mit den Themen Team Ressource Management (TRM), Fehlerkultur, notfallmedizinische Aus- Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise Providerstatus in mindestens einem international anerkannten Kurssystem
- Idealerweise bereits absolvierter CRM/TRM Lehrgang (kann auch über uns nach Antritt der Position absolviert werden)
- Führerschein mind. Klasse B

**Join DOF's growth as a ROV Supervisor! ** We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects. As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems.
