**Join DOF's growth as a ROV Supervisor! ** We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects. As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems. You will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, promoting clear communication, and ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Leading by example is essential, as you will set the standard for operational excellence, teamwork, and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the ROV operations. **Tasks and responsibilities** - Supervise the operation on assigned ROV systems, and make sure all tasks defined in the work scope are preformed according to internal and external requirements. - Participate in familiarization and debriefing activities prior to mobilization and demobilizations. - Carry out pre-dive and post-dive checks, preventative maintenance routines, and ensure all activities, defects, and repairs are accurately recorded in dive logs and system documentation. • The CSR Supervisor is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process, specifically the intake, turn-around time and the supervision of the Customer Service Representative team. • Oversight of File Review to ensure that cases are properly notated and are processed timely. • Provide guidance on cases where there are questions on assignment and process handling. • Conduct monthly audits on staff to ensure that goals are met and coaching/training is provided when required. • Provide guidance and resolution to issues brought to the attention of the supervisor. • Train new team members on case workflow, processes and client specific requirements. • Conduct one on one meetings with staff for progress meetings and to provide feedback. • Participate in writing initial and annual reviews of staff members. May provide input into the hiring & firing process. • Provides updates to clients frequently on cases in progress. • Responds to clients when there are questions on referral information to ensure proper documentation and information is provided to the assigned reviewer. • Ensure proper documentation for complex cases is provided to the client. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients. ********

• Serve as the primary supervisor and first-line technical resource for corporate travel consultants • Establish individual and team performance goals • Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting performance metrics and goal achievement • Act as an on-site trainer and problem-solving resource for team members • Monitor real-time Telephone Service Factors (TSF) • Serve as a technical SME for the Corporate Department • Create and manage weekly/monthly work schedules • Deliver ongoing written evaluations of team member performance

• Responsible for the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities • Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints • Drive monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance • Manage the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management • Manage facility and safety and security of the outlet and team • Manage stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.) • Ensure that the daily sales are accurately deposited • Manage the merchandise display in the outlet • Check the display whether it’s according to Plano-gram set by the Management • Assist in cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchase • Check cash flow, ensure small denominations available, maintain the cash accurately at the counter till according to the set procedures and to be accountable for any shortage and to keep proper records of operations. • Support in cutting / slicing / trimming the meat based on the retail standard cuts • Prepare weekly disposal and production report • Prepare outlet reporting for management view • Plan and manage manpower / resource duty roster, training, leave and HR related issues of the outlet • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation • Record and report immediately defect / malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown, machinery breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior • Location: Klang Valley area
