Mobile Mapping Operator

• The project's goal is to collect images of streets, key landmarks, and public areas. • The project is carried out using cars equipped with 360° cameras mounted on the roof, which capture the area around the vehicle and store the images on onboard computers. • These data are later used to improve one of the world's most popular online maps. • Data collectors are assigned specific routes along public roads and areas, with a focus on commercial districts and historic sites. • Some areas will be revisited when weather conditions are poor to ensure the best possible image quality. • The project is expected to run for at least 8 months and cover multiple city/state zones. • The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the local area and traffic patterns well, and is highly responsible and reliable. • The expected schedule for the project is Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours per week.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver's license (driving experience, at least 1–2 years)
- Must have access to parking for a vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in Germany
- Must pass a security/background check
- Enjoys driving and has a flexible schedule
