Media Buyer Specialist – Google & Meta Ads
Paired
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including budget allocation and bidding strategy • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Optimize our Google Business Profile and support local SEO efforts • Write compelling ad copy tailored to our audience (adults 30+) • Build and manage retargeting and lookalike audiences on Meta • Deliver clear performance reports with ROAS analysis and actionable insights
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns for US-based businesses
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM (required)
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Strong copywriting skills for paid ads
- Ability to build retargeting and lookalike audiences on Meta
- Clear written communication in English
- Experience working with service businesses or fitness/wellness brands is a plus
