• Own and evolve the product management roadmap across a portfolio of products • Translate company strategy into clear product bets • Work closely with the SVP of Product and broader leadership team • Define and manage the product investment and resourcing plans • Lead, coach and develop a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers • Own the approach to continuous discovery across the team • Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure effective planning • Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Product Marketing teams • Define and own product KPIs at a portfolio level • Act as a credible and confident product voice with customers, prospects, partners and investors
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience working in a sales-led SaaS business
- Strong background in the digital marketing or martech space
- Experience designing and operating a pod or squad model
- Track record of building or maturing a PM discipline
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML product development
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging and product commercialization decisions
- Strong background in Agile delivery environments
- Experience setting and owning product KPIs at a portfolio level
- Comfortable managing and influencing senior stakeholders
