• Identifying and onboarding strategic technology partners that align with Dotdigital’s business goals. • Managing partner relationships, acting as their advocate within Dotdigital across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Developing joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling, co-marketing, and mutual business development initiatives. • Driving value for both Dotdigital and its partners by aligning partnership strategies with shared objectives. • Manage a diverse portfolio of technology partners (CRM, CDP, Martech, Ecommerce, Not for Profit, Sports, Education, B2B) ensuring ongoing engagement and client referrals. • Identify, qualify and recruit new high-potential technology platform partners that create value for Dotdigital, the partner and their customers. • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within partner organisations, ensuring deep alignment and shared success. • Drive client adoption of partner integrations by educating and influencing sales, marketing, and customer success teams on the benefits of these solutions for our customers.
• Establish long term, close and mutually beneficial relationships with your portfolio of Services Partners. • Research, evaluate, recruit and onboard new partners into the Services Partner Program. • Achieve revenue targets through building and managing a pipeline of partner referred opportunities alongside the sales team. • Educate partners on Dotdigital’s offering and conduct regular learning sessions with relevant teams in partner organisations. • Take ownership of your partner portfolio across all processes and systems. • Support business processes with all departments to support the success of the Services Partner Program. • Ensure CRM is up-to-date and reflects reality for opps, partner statuses and stakeholders. • Support internal teams with advice on which Services Partners can be recommended for client queries. • Create new business opportunities (SRLs) through the Services Partner ecosystem. • Support active opportunities through partner influencing where appropriate and applicable. • Establish opportunities for joint lead-gen, content & brand awareness creation through partners (e.g. webinars, roundtable events, case-studies, white papers) for the marketing team to pursue and execute. • 25% travel as required to develop partner relationships. • Attending industry events as required.
• Contributing to the integrations strategy and roadmap, helping ensure it supports Dotdigital’s wider product strategy • Carrying out continuous product discovery in collaboration with stakeholders to understand the integrations landscape, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity • Helping assess API schemas, authentication requirements, and integration constraints across third-party platforms, Dotdigital’s APIs, and Tray, our iPaaS platform • Working closely with engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to explore potential solutions, test assumptions, and identify valuable opportunities • Supporting product decision-making by considering value, risk, and potential success measures, and by sharing learnings openly when ideas need to evolve or change direction • Working proactively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects to understand demand for different integrations and help inform prioritization • Using market research and internal insight to support the development of a strong integrations strategy that keeps Dotdigital competitive in the market • Contributing to thinking around pricing and packaging when developing new features or products • Supporting launch planning by helping define the approach, communicating the rationale, and capturing insights from previews and early feedback • Collaborating with Product Marketing to help shape the launch narrative for solutions being released publicly • Supporting the end-to-end product development lifecycle for your area, from early concept through to launch and iteration, working closely with Agile development teams to deliver valuable outcomes
• Monitor and investigate security alerts and events across security tooling, cloud environments, business systems, and applications. • Support incident response activities including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned. • Develop and improve security monitoring, alerting, playbooks, and operational procedures. • Assist with threat hunting and proactive identification of security risks and suspicious activity. • Maintain awareness of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques relevant to SaaS businesses. • Own day-to-day vulnerability management activities across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and endpoints. • Work with technology teams to prioritise and coordinate remediation activities. • Track vulnerabilities through to resolution and provide reporting on remediation performance. • Support penetration testing activities and coordinate remediation of findings. • Support the security of cloud environments and SaaS platforms through implementation and monitoring of security controls. • Assist with identity and access management initiatives, including privileged access management, role-based access control, and identity governance. • Review cloud security recommendations and assist with remediation activities. • Partner with engineering teams to support secure software development practices. • Assist with the identification, triage, and remediation of application security vulnerabilities. • Support security testing activities including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets detection. • Contribute to threat modelling and secure design discussions where appropriate. • Support the continued operation and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). • Assist with security audits, compliance activities, evidence collection, and control reviews. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures, and guidance. • Support risk assessments and assist with tracking risk treatment activities. • Help maintain compliance with frameworks and standards including ISO 27001 and applicable data protection requirements. • Respond to customer and prospect security questionnaires and due diligence requests. • Conduct security reviews of suppliers, partners, and third-party services.

Role Description We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Platform/DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps team that makes up part of the Platform and Data Engineering function. We engage in designing and managing production and development environments that support the Dotdigital SaaS platform evolution, growing year on year. We collaborate with highly talented cross-functional teams, across Product, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering and Operations functions, to continuously improve business outcomes and achieve corporate goals, through maintaining scalable infrastructure, automation, seamless integration, and innovative solutions. Our product and technical teams are currently based in the UK, Poland, and South Africa and our 180 team members all work from home. We do make office and co-working spaces available, but that choice is up to you. We keep in touch with each other via Slack and Zoom and have a great collaborative culture. To top up our social batteries, we all meet up quarterly in person (we have a meetup per country) and work together for a day, and let off some steam with activities or tech talks. Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support production and development environments. - Automate deployment processes and improve system performance. - Ensure 24/7 platform uptime across the globe. Support operational teams in BAU activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and support development and operations initiatives. - Engage in all stages of the DevOps Engineering Life Cycle (concept, define, design, build, test, release, maintain, and retire). - Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures. - Maintain and deploy highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale. - Utilize Azure cloud native technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, and configuration management tools. - Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end products and features. - Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends, advocating for their inclusion within products when appropriate. - Following the successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be included in the team’s on-call rotation. This involves responding to critical incidents and ensuring platform reliability outside of standard working hours, on a scheduled basis. Qualifications - Strong experience with cloud platforms. We have a strong preference for Azure experience. - Demonstrable scripting experience with PowerShell (Python, Bash is good too). - Strong exposure to cloud native Technologies (Container orchestrators, Immutable infrastructure, Service Mesh). - Experience in Infrastructure as Code, (Terraform, Azure ARM, Bicep) that has to work at scale and in multiple regions. - Comfortable working with versioning tools (Git, Azure Devops, GitHub). - Excellent CI/CD pipeline authoring. Automation is key after all. We use Azure DevOps. - Experience in Observability and Reporting tools and their components (think ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, Raygun). - Know your way around Linux and Windows OS. We ask you bring your submission so we can chat about it. - You’ll join a video call with two people from our DevOps team and we’ll chat tech, look at your assessment, your previous projects, and do a coding exercise together. This will take around 90 minutes. - We’ll have a final video interview, with our Platform Engineering Director. We’ll talk tech and projects again, but we really encourage questions during this phase. • Assist customers with setup and resolve technical issues that require web development knowledge • Serve as a frontline technical resource, jumping in quickly on urgent issues while building out documentation to help customers self-serve over time • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues • Guide customers through product setup and configuration • Respond to urgent issues quickly and see them through to resolution • Write and maintain help documentation for recurring issues and common setup flows • Escalate bugs and product issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps
