Role Description The Senior BI Developer will spearhead the Company’s business intelligence efforts and is responsible for development, build-out, implementation, maintenance, administration, and user training of all BI reporting solutions. Additionally, the role will perform data analysis and fulfill adhoc reporting requests. The Senior BI Developer will be imperative to helping the business team and corporate executives make informed business decisions. Initially, this position is an individual contributor, but has opportunity for growth as the Business Intelligence maturity of the organization evolves. Essential Functions: - Source and integrate data from multiple platforms - Create, maintain, and monitor alerts to ensure that recurring jobs execute properly and in event of failure, identify and rectify timely to minimize impact to users - Design and produce standardized reporting for stakeholders (internal associates, Retail Partners, contractors, and manufacturers) - Fulfill adhoc reporting requests from the business team and/or support business team in BI self service - Develop a strong understanding of business processes, company enterprise platform, and table structures/relationships to extract and report correct data - Develop and manage to milestones and timelines for BI and reporting initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent SQL work experience - Snowflake - 5+ years’ experience in similar role or responsibilities - Deep knowledge of Microsoft reporting stack, e.g. SSRS, tabular models, Tabular Editor 3, Power BI, Power Automate - Ability to write intermediate/advanced queries using DAX and T-SQL preferred - A balance of technical knowledge, problem solving, report development, and communication skills - Detail oriented including a focus on all aspects of report accuracy (numbers, calculations, presentation, etc.) - Understanding of information delivery architecture including the creation of abstraction layers, SQL query paths and optimization, report level calculations and end user reporting architecture - Must possess strong initiative and self-motivation, an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn, ability to digest feedback and turn it into action Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Own the end-to-end design of executive dashboards (Looker) and reporting packages (MBRs/QBRs) to showcase marketing ROI and revenue impact • Build standardized reporting templates to drive self-service adoption globally and align cross-functional KPI frameworks • Partner on the implementation of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) frameworks • Analyze funnel velocity, lead flow, and shifts in core metrics (like MQL logic) to ensure downstream reporting accuracy • Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows and syncs across Pardot, ABM platforms, and Salesforce (CRM) • Collaborate on automated ETL/ELT pipelines into GCP/BigQuery and audit campaign tracking (UTMs, tags, pixels) • Maintain rigorous documentation of data schemas and establish automated QA checks to ensure a single source of truth • Independently drive complex data projects and present strategic insights in professional English to global stakeholders

• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets from various sources (e.g., blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data) • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries (Columnar databases) • Leveraging your expertise in Python to design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes • Working with key stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, blockchain, and finance

• Own end-to-end BI delivery (requirements, modeling, reporting) for prioritized business outcomes. • Define and maintain KPI/metric definitions, lineage, and reporting standards so stakeholders trust the numbers. • Build scalable semantic models and datasets, enabling self-service dashboards and ad-hoc analysis in Power BI. • Improve data quality and reliability through validation, monitoring, incident triage, and clear runbooks. • Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports (prioritization, coaching, performance management, hiring/onboarding support). • Drive modernization and Microsoft Fabric adoption, balancing delivery speed with reliability and operational excellence.
