Senior Analyst, Measurement & BI

• Own the end-to-end design of executive dashboards (Looker) and reporting packages (MBRs/QBRs) to showcase marketing ROI and revenue impact • Build standardized reporting templates to drive self-service adoption globally and align cross-functional KPI frameworks • Partner on the implementation of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) frameworks • Analyze funnel velocity, lead flow, and shifts in core metrics (like MQL logic) to ensure downstream reporting accuracy • Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows and syncs across Pardot, ABM platforms, and Salesforce (CRM) • Collaborate on automated ETL/ELT pipelines into GCP/BigQuery and audit campaign tracking (UTMs, tags, pixels) • Maintain rigorous documentation of data schemas and establish automated QA checks to ensure a single source of truth • Independently drive complex data projects and present strategic insights in professional English to global stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent, native, or bilingual English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and technical documentation skills are mandatory
- Advanced SQL: Essential for writing complex queries, window functions, and data transformations
- Professional experience with GCP / BigQuery / Databricks (or AWS equivalent)
- High-level mastery of Tableau or Looker (Looker Studio/Looker BI)
- Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data preparation is a strong plus
- Deep familiarity with the data schemas of Account Engagement (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), ABM Platforms, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Develops and maintains BI assets including SQL queries, datasets, and Tableau dashboards. • Supports ETL workflows and data transformations. • Assists in optimizing queries and improving performance of existing reporting solutions. • Validates product-level data across systems. • Collaborates with business partners to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs.
• Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources. • Provide insight to decision-makers. • Work on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation. • Describe technologies, applications and practices used to analyze raw data. • Influence department's strategy and make technical decisions for project components. • Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. • Report to the Business Intelligence Lead.
