• Administer the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including creating objects, fields, flows, rules, layouts, dashboards, and permissions. • Develop customizations using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulable, REST/SOAP, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems. • Participate in requirements gathering with the business and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure governance and the health of clients' Salesforce orgs (security, performance, access controls, usage limits, versioning). • Support internal and client teams with training and workshops to disseminate platform knowledge. • Perform testing, produce technical documentation, and provide deployment support.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications and automation • Understand legacy process builders and convert them as Flows • Implement a custom user interface using LWC or Visualforce • Perform data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility for leadership, business groups, and the general user population • Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications • Provide insight to business users and technical team members regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards • Develop dataflows and lenses in an existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to support business requirements • Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment • Establish operations and refresh standards based on globally aligned data strategy

• Develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce and CPQ platforms. • Create and collaborate on the solution and technical design artifacts, and present and participate in cross-functional review sessions. • Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs to Business Applications team members as well as business stakeholders. • Display expertise in Salesforce and CPQ functionality and features, through all interactions on Business Applications projects. • Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce & CPQ platform. • Work with Business system analysts to design & implement end-to-end automation. • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics. • Coordinate and collaborate with other developers and team members to obtain requirements, develop solution designs, and manage UATs, and post-go-live activities. • Establish best practices and standards for well-designed, testable, efficient code with high quality. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
