Qualifications - 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer technischen Führungsrolle – als Architect, Tech Lead oder Principal Engineer. - Nachgewiesene Architekturkompetenz in Microsoft-Umgebungen: M365, Intune, Hybrid-Infrastrukturen und Active Directory. - Tiefes Verständnis moderner Architekturmuster: Cloud-native, Zero Trust, API-first und Automatisierung. - Fachliche Führung von Teams ohne disziplinarische Autorität und klare Kommunikation technischer Themen. - Einbeziehung von Kosten in technische Entscheidungen (TCO, ROI, Skalierung, Vendor-Lock-in). - Hohe Verlässlichkeit und Urteilsvermögen bei sensiblen, kritischen Aufgaben. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
