We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic Consumer Engineering team within the Chief Digital Office (CDO). Qualifications - 2+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience delivering Copilot Studio agents (or equivalent conversational AI / agent-building platforms). - Practical knowledge of agent design, knowledge grounding (RAG), and prompt engineering — making agents accurate, relevant, and well-structured. - Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph API, REST connectors, and/or Dataverse. - Working understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance — data handling, sharing controls, DLP, and connector policies. - Awareness of when to use AI versus traditional automation, including cost considerations.
