Role Description We are hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and harden AI agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and (where appropriate) Azure AI. You will turn business ideas into production-quality agents, pair with citizen developers during structured co-build sessions, and contribute to the reusable patterns and templates that let our solutions scale. This is an ideal role for a hands-on, curious engineer who wants to grow their expertise at the leading edge of enterprise AI. Qualifications - 2+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience delivering Copilot Studio agents (or equivalent conversational AI / agent-building platforms). - Practical knowledge of agent design, knowledge grounding (RAG), and prompt engineering — making agents accurate, relevant, and well-structured. - Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph API, REST connectors, and/or Dataverse. - Working understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance — data handling, sharing controls, DLP, and connector policies. - Awareness of when to use AI versus traditional automation, including cost considerations. Requirements - Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and Azure AI services where appropriate. - Solve technical problems across agent design, knowledge grounding, conversational flow, and integration — applying sound judgement to balance business need, data sources, and governance constraints. - Co-build with business users during structured engagements — pair with makers, unblock them, and lift the technical quality of their solutions. - Integrate agents with enterprise data sources and systems (SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors, line-of-business systems). - Contribute to reusable assets — agent templates, starter kits, intake formats, and reference implementations that accelerate future builds and reduce variability. - Operate within governance — apply enterprise security, data, and connector policies (DLP, sharing controls, responsible AI guardrails) in every build. - Test and iterate — apply scenario testing and evaluation practices to ensure agents are accurate, reliable, and well-grounded. - Explain and document — produce practical maker guidance and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. - Work with growing independence on assigned projects, with guidance from engineers on more complex problems. Role Description As a Senior AI Engineer within the Workday Products at Kainos, you will bridge the gap between data science and software engineering to productionize AI and machine learning solutions. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams, you will deliver robust, scalable AI solutions that enhance our Workday Products offerings. • Lead execution of Azure Cloud & AI programs across the Americas, aligning closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders • Drive adoption of go-to-market strategies that expand partner engagement and Azure consumption • Build and manage a strong rhythm of business, delivering insights, reporting, and performance tracking • Design and deliver impactful enablement sessions, empowering sales teams and partners with Cloud & AI knowledge • Support the sales cycle as a subject matter expert, helping overcome objections and unlock opportunities • Develop scalable, repeatable program models that drive long-term growth and efficiency • Act as a key voice between partners and Microsoft, sharing feedback and championing improvements • Lead program activities that increase readiness, participation, and measurable ROI

• Maintain the cadences, workflows, and hand-offs that keep AI governance running as a repeatable process and track in-flight items through to closure. • Draft and maintain the company's AI policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. • Help implement and operate the platform used as the system of record for AI intake, risk tracking, control documentation, and issue management. • Work with other stakeholders to design and run the AI controls testing and monitoring program to verify controls are operating as intended and to surface gaps before they become issues. • Keep the inventory of AI systems and models in use, along with technical and transparency documentation, assessment records, and retention schedules. • Develop the metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences that give the broader AI Governance team and leadership a clear view of program health, key risks, and strategic priorities. • Coordinate the company’s responses to AI-related due diligence requests from customers, vendors, and retail partners. • Monitor U.S. legal developments and changes in best practices and standards such as the NIST AI RMF and translate them into operational and governance requirements. • Maintain a current, hands-on understanding of how AI capabilities, tools, deployment patterns, and risks are evolving, and surface gaps or opportunities in the program proactively. • Build out the AI governance program while embedding a culture of practical, efficient, and well-evidenced compliance across the company.
