Role Description The Project Manager, Client Delivery owns the coordination and execution of client-facing projects within the Commercial organization. This role manages project timelines, client communications, and cross-functional workstreams from initiation through closure, with increasing autonomy and accountability as experience grows. This is a mid-level delivery role for someone who has moved beyond coordination and is ready to independently own projects and client relationships — with a growth path toward Senior Project Manager. You must reside in one of these US states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, VT, WI, or one of these provinces in Canada: Ontario. What you'll do: - Project Planning & Execution: - Manage end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of client programs across the full project lifecycle. - Maintain project documentation, schedules, milestones, and status updates with accuracy and consistency. - Manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. - Client & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery. - Manage client communications, deliverables, and reporting with professionalism and accountability. - Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring a high-quality experience. - Escalate risks or delays to the Senior Project Manager or Program Services leadership as needed. - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations to drive project execution. - Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders through status meetings, reviews, and follow-up. - Operational & Process Support: - Maintain accurate records of project activities, client interactions, and outcomes in project management tool. - Identify workflow inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvements and standardized templates. - Contribute to internal reporting on program metrics and performance indicators. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3–5 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or program coordination, with demonstrated ownership of projects from initiation through closure. - PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing orientation. - Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, remote environment.
