Civil Municipal/Land Development Project Engineer We have an exciting career opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our growing Civil team in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Civil Municipal/Land Development design, along with comprehensive knowledge of Municipal and Land Development projects. This role requires expertise in preparing plans in accordance with current industry standards, local ordinances, and state permitting regulations. This position may also involve transportation projects performing stormwater design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and erosion control permitting. Location This position will be a hybrid position in the Benesch Pottsville, Pennsylvania office. Key Projects Leading the Way - Alvernia University – Ongoing University Projects: Strengthening educational infrastructure through long-term collaboration on new and renovated school facilities - Hazleton Area School District – Ongoing School Projects: Expansion of existing school facilities with numerous site improvements for increased safety and improved traffic flows - NorthPoint Development – Mountain Valley Logistics Center and Highridge Logistics Center: Civil/Site design for a national real estate developer. Design and received approval for over 7 million square feet of industrial warehouse space. - Land Development projects including residential subdivisions, municipal facilities, and commercial and industrial buildings with associated design and permitting. - Local Municipalities and Counties – Various Projects: Enhancing local infrastructure and recreation facilities including roadways, bridges, parks, and recreational courts.
