Role Description We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our global delivery team as a fully remote worker. As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with our customers throughout the preparation and implementation phases of the project. You will also be providing support both at an operational and technical level along with a team of highly skilled professionals. Role Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, customer success and operations) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies per project. - Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership (e.g., Steering Committee Meetings) - Prevent and control scope by using change control processes - Internal & external Project Reporting (On time / In budget / PnL/ NPS) - Continuously improve project management processes and tools - Leading the Contracting process with customers who have chosen us as a preferred vendor - Negotiations and Hands-on approach Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline - At least 3-5 years of work experience in Software Development Projects with 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects - Experience in Banking Projects will be highly appreciated - Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and budget - Ability to handle multiple tasks & requests (e.g., managing 2 Projects simultaneously) - Experience working with Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid development methodologies - Open and transparent communication style, willing to surface and champion the tough issues - Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Project Management specific certifications will be considered a plus (PMP / PRINCE2 or Agile/ Scrum) Requirements - Since we implement our software globally, our project teams are required to travel. Travel time can be 25% annually, provided that there are no travel restrictions. • Assembles project teams and assigns individual responsibilities to ensure technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives. • Creates and communicates project scope in coordination with technical teams, schedule and budget with the project team, client, and contractors and serves as primary liaison by informing all parties of project progress and challenges. • Develops project budgets, reviews costs, and tracks adherence of planned budget to maintain client satisfaction and contribute to the execution and financial success of projects. • Secures appropriate resources for all stages of the project, ensuring timely completion of assignments. • Develop the quality management plan with the project team to ensure client and firm standards are met. • Recognizes potential risks or additional costs within project plans and implements strategies to minimize impact. • Organizes and conducts routine project meetings with the client and project team to establish alignment on project expectations and performance. • Documents all project deliverables and maintain records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files. • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients to secure future work. • Coordinates contract negotiations and develop skills and understanding of other technical disciplines’ unique contract negotiation and billing requirements. • Mentors staff within the team on project management best practices utilizing Olsson Project Management programs and other project assurance services resources. • Ensure project data is maintained in accordance with project documentation requirements. • Adheres to regulations and enforces safety standards.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile application projects. • Plan, track, and execute projects within scope, budget, and timelines. • Lead cross-functional teams and drive Agile/SDLC best practices. • Manage stakeholders, client communication, risks, issues, and project reporting. • Ensure effective resource utilization and successful project outcomes.

• Lead the full lifecycle of packaging graphics projects including innovation, redesigns, line extensions, and maintenance initiatives • Manage and communicate artwork project timeline, priorities, and status updates to all stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to define artwork project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives • Monitor milestones and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies • Ensure artwork is executed on time and within budget • Manage artwork development from initial design concept through production-ready files • Facilitating design development and ensuring creative intent is feasible for print production • Lead artwork routing, proofing, revisions, and final approvals across stakeholders • Coordinate design adaptations across multiple structures, SKUs, and substrates • Ensure accuracy of all packaging content and regulatory compliance in partnership with FSQA prior to release • Act as the central point of contact across Marketing, Brand, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners • Build and maintain strong relationships with creative team, design agencies, printers, and suppliers • Support pre-production activities including design feasibility, printability, and supplier capability alignment • Coordinate proofing, color approvals, and final release to print • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing across teams
