ICHRA Regional Account Manager
Gallagher
Role Description Ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s AHS-ICHRA clients by proactively managing assigned accounts and serving as a regional support resource for ICHRA clients and service teams associated with the primary branch within a specific region. - Know ICHRA Sales and Installation Cycle - Complete the TPA Panel Modeling and Installation Training - Complete ICHRA Document Storage and Compliance Training - Communicate resources available within Gallagher to fill white space needs (Ancillary Benefits, Comms Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.) - Accountable for 95% client retention - Manage increasingly complex accounts and funding type based on experience with supervision - Support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless renewal process and retain the business - Resolve service-related issues independently, involving more experienced Account Management team members when needed - Utilize Gallagher’s resources (Underwriting, Compliance), available tools (Excel, PowerPoint), established work products and advanced knowledge (benefits, self-funding etc.) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables - Possess strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively present in client meetings, lead calls, and correspond via email - Develop, cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the branch, with clients and with vendor partners - Maintain proficiency in all AHS and GBS professional standards - Prepare the RFP, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop the client presentation - Leverage team members to manage client/vendor expectations and ensure timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partners - Possess ability to articulate account management role in client engagement - Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis - Provide support to local GBS office by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed - Be innovative and don’t be satisfied with the status quo! Generate new and practical ideas, always look to improve - Maintain up-to-date ICHRA records in Document Management System (DMS) - Comply with Gallagher’s processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives - Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes - Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way Qualifications - Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. - License required. - Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
