Role Description We are looking for an experienced Rippling specialist to lead the implementation — or completion — of three core modules: HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management. Our team is small (fewer than 20 full-time and around 10 part-time employees), so we need someone who understands the needs of SMEs and can deliver a clean, pragmatic setup without overengineering it. You will assess our current Rippling setup, identify what's missing, and bring all three modules to a fully operational state — efficiently and within a manageable scope of work. Qualifications - Hands-on experience implementing Rippling, ideally for SMEs - Familiarity with the HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management modules - Pragmatic, structured working style with a focus on getting things done - Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding - Fluent in English (required), German is a strong plus Requirements - Start: ASAP - Workload: Flexible (Project-based / Part-time) - Location: Fully remote - Compensation: from CHF 45/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
