Role Description - Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using AbaReports within the Abacus environment. - Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions. - Optimise existing reports and ensure data quality, consistency, and performance. - Create KPIs, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses for various business departments. - Support users in the interpretation and usage of reports and reporting tools. - Collaborate with ERP, finance, and business teams to improve data-driven decision-making. Role Description This is a remote position. The company is building an AI-powered marketing execution platform for Swiss SMEs. The product helps companies turn one campaign brief into brand-consistent, compliance-reviewed campaigns across several channels. The company is currently in proof of concept with its first design partners and is looking for a highly ambitious technical builder to join as an early technical co-founder / founding engineer. You will help build the first version of the product, work closely with the founding team, and take ownership of core parts of the platform. This includes: - Backend development - AI workflows - Campaign generation - Document processing - Data architecture - Integrations with marketing tools This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already built strong technical projects, has hands-on AI/LLM experience, and wants to grow into a technical leadership or CTO-type role over time. You will build the technical foundation on which our AI systems grow: reliable, secure, and built to scale. The platform is developed in collaboration with an established stemcell-researcher, bridging decades of proprietary stem cell research with modern health engineering. You will build features that feel as considered as they are functional, working in a small project team and closely together with the founding team. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack engineering, AI development, and design-conscious product thinking. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Android App Developer to support the stabilization and further development of an existing mobile application that is currently facing compatibility issues due to a newer Android version (API / APK updates). Your primary task will be to analyze, fix, and adapt the application to ensure full functionality on the latest Android versions. In addition, you will contribute to improving the app’s architecture and preparing it for future updates. Qualifications - Experience in Android development (Kotlin / Java and/or Xamarin) - Experience with debugging, refactoring, and maintaining legacy mobile applications - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle - Familiarity with API integrations and backend communication - Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical challenges - Nice to have: A background in migrating applications from Xamarin to .NET MAUI is a strong plus, as parts of the system may require modernization or restructuring at a later stage.
