Role Description Works with multiple teams in development testing and production teams to create, publish, and implement risk-based QA test strategies. Develops and executes complex test scenarios. Creates and executes automated test scripts including functional API data and performance tests while contributing to the scalability of the automation framework. Defines, tracks, and reports on quality assurance metrics such as defects and test results. Identifies improvement opportunities and drives updates to quality processes. Requires minimal supervision. Supervisory Responsibilities: - This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Administrator for the test management systems - Identify and implement improvements to QA processes - Become a domain expert on the systems under test - Drive and optimize test case prioritization and automation road mapping - Optimize existing automation scripts and performance management - Increased focus on automated scripting - Create risk-based test plans/strategies and automation designs - Create complex SQL statements - Review and provide feedback to the PM/BA teams on missing requirements dependencies and high-risk issues - Provides training and assists in the onboarding process - Design and execute manual and automated test cases for functional regression and/or performance testing including both back-end and front-end systems Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field (or equivalent work experience) - 5-8 years experience in a Quality Assurance or comparable work experience - Experience with Agile, Quality Assurance, and SDLC methodologies to drive designs and process improvements - Experience in manual and automation test design, scripting, execution, and reporting - Experience with testing tools such as Zephyr, Jira, Postman, Github, Selenium, etc. - Experience with automating test scripts and framework maintenance - Experience in coding languages (Java, JavaScript) and SQL is preferred Requirements - Ability to solve complex problems and apply critical thinking to prevent issues Physical Requirements - Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. - Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test scenarios, designing and executing test cases that ensure adequate coverage of features. • Validate results, log defects and follow up on fixes with the engineering team, and support Product and Engineering in validating acceptance criteria. • Perform database validations using SQL queries, execute tests in staging environments and, progressively, in production, organizing evidence. • Produce and maintain test documentation and quality evidence, and participate in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality perspective, cross-team collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Refine and validate acceptance criteria for frontend applications, ensuring clarity and alignment with product and project objectives. • Document defects using established team documentation policies, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness to support efficient tracking and resolution. • Maintain a library of reusable manual test cases to improve efficiency and consistency in testing efforts. • Create basic manual scenario-based test plans for frontend applications based on defined acceptance criteria. • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential defects and edge cases. • Execute complex manual scenario test plans written by senior quality engineers to validate functionality and user experience. • Assist in creating more complex manual test plans with guidance from senior team members. • Identify risks early, communicate testing gaps, and work with development teams to resolve issues before deployment. • Maintain clear and structured documentation for test cases, defects, and testing procedures.

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for proactively designing, implementing, and continuously improving Revive Health’s quality systems, standards, and controls to prevent compliance gaps, and operational risks before they occur. • Focuses on process design, governance, risk mitigation, training, and system enablement, ensuring quality is embedded into how Revive operates. • Plays a critical role in building and maturing the Quality Center of Excellence (CoE) and eQMS, partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Clinical, Compliance, IT, and Customer Success. • Design, implement, and maintain Revive Health’s Quality Management System (QMS/eQMS) within Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms. • Establish quality policies, SOPs, work instructions, and standards aligned with healthcare, regulatory, and internal risk requirements. • Lead risk assessments, process mapping, and gap analyses to identify potential quality or compliance risks before issues arise. • Partner with Operations and Product teams to embed quality controls into workflows, releases, onboarding, and service delivery. • Develop and oversee quality training programs and refresher training for staff across Revive Health. • Define proactive quality KPIs (process adherence, audit readiness, training completion, risk trends). • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on quality strategy, risk posture, and system maturity.
