Role Description Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. This role sits within the Adapt team - a pioneering team that's redefining how we approach business. Adapt is seeking an Account Executive to join our European team - this is a permanent position. This role will be highly agile and fungible, and will see the individual owning commercial deliverables across multiple teams at once. Key job responsibilities include: - Provide seamless sales support, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in sales operations, while driving revenue across Amazon Ads as an Account Executive. - Travel primarily to match where the customer is and/or across EU5 when supporting them through your assignment-based work. We expect up to 50% travel time. - Generate advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions. - Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect it with a value adding solution. - Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams. - Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, in particular in the CTV, Programmatic, and Digital landscape. Qualifications - Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging technologies - Understanding of the programmatic media landscape Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent - Experience in relationship management and negotiation - Business fluent in one of French/Spanish/Italian/German - Experience with TV/STV/Video/Digital/Programmatic ad sales, agency, or client environment Benefits - Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. - We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. - We value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build.
