Role Description Join Our Alpha Iota Family, Where Everyone Wins! - Responsible for managing customer accounts effectively, providing great experience to customers, and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact. - Maintain an accurate record of client engagement. - Maintain professionalism in all conversations with customers across all channels through phone calls and Whatsapp/Telegram chat. - Provide great customer experience through a consultative approach. - Be a strong team player and support company directions & goals. - Take ownership of your own performance by evaluating key metrics. - Be agile to change and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills workshops, team huddles & coaching sessions. Work location: Remote Working hours: Monday - Friday (12PM - 9PM). Qualifications - Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management / Customer Service / B2C Sales in any industry. - Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. - Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills. - Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Strong organisational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask, and work well independently and in a team setting. - A proficient communicator with a consultative sales approach. - Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results. - Good attitude with hunter mentality. Role Description Joint Academy is redefining how musculoskeletal (MSK) care is delivered. Our AI-powered platform combines Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) with a Home Exercise Program, helping PT, orthopedic, and pain-management clinics create new reimbursable revenue streams while improving patient outcomes. You'll own the full sales cycle across the U.S. for PT clinics, orthopedic groups, and MSK networks. This is a hunter role with a mix of warm inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities. Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across the U.S. - Deliver impactful demos showing how clinics can add new revenue streams, improve patient engagement, and elevate clinical outcomes. - Execute sales plans to consistently hit and exceed quota. - Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure rapid implementation and fast time-to-value (<30 days to first RTM payment). - Build and manage pipeline through outbound (LinkedIn, email, events) while converting inbound leads. - Represent Joint Academy at conferences and industry events. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
