Digital Marketing Account Manager – Client Facing

SMB Team

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the client services. • Work with the clients to make strategy decisions and pivots. • Work with internal services teams to strategize for the clients’ needs. • Identify areas where the clients’ services are lacking and offer proposed solutions. • Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client. • Over-communicate with clients regarding the work being performed and results achieved.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads. Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • MUST have strong interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail that zealously looks for any areas of improvement.
  • Solid organization skills so that you can effectively manage your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list.
  • Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of your role.
  • Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience is required.

Role Description We are looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company's online marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across channels from Google Ads to programmatic platforms and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands both the front-end (creative, messaging) and back-end (technical, analytics) sides of marketing operations, capable of driving measurable results.
