Role Description Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando un Data Sr Analyst en Buenos Aires para el negocio de PedidosYa Market. - Colaborar en el curado y procesamiento de la data de Inventario y Operación en Centros de Distribución, co-desarrollando tablas optimizadas listas para el consumo del negocio. - Unificar la información de los sistemas para establecer una fuente única de verdad, eliminando discrepancias y garantizando un criterio único de KPI's en todo el equipo. - Transformar flujos de datos complejos en tableros visuales e intuitivos que simplifiquen la comprensión del negocio y permitan tomar decisiones estratégicas de forma inmediata. - Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de negocio para entender sus desafíos y traducirlos en soluciones analíticas integrales, brindando soporte estratégico que puede incluir desde análisis profundos, hasta sistemas de monitoreo y alarmas ante anomalías. Qualifications - Formación universitaria en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines. - Experiencia mayor a 2 años en roles analíticos de datos, procesando Big Data, modelado de datos y desarrollo de visualizaciones de fácil consumo para el usuario final. - Sería un plus experiencia en entornos de Logística, Warehouse Management o eCommerce. - Dominio avanzado de SQL (deseable BigQuery/GCP) y experiencia utilizando Python para la automatización de tareas. - Manejo fluido de herramientas de visualización (Looker, Tableau o similares). - Nivel de inglés avanzado. Role Description The Performance Manager and Data Analyst II is essential to Aging and Disability Services, ensuring the County's compliance with key state and federal requirements, strengthening data-driven decision making, and supporting the integrity, accuracy, and usefulness of program information. Core duties and responsibilities include: - Leading the Older American Act Performance System (OAAPS) and Area Plan processes. - Providing insights to identify trends, address disparities, guide resource allocation, and improve service delivery. - Supporting audits, grants, and equipping staff with tools and training for high reporting standards. - Providing Contract Monitoring oversight of county, federal, and/or state programs. - Analyzing client-level and program-level data from various electronic databases. - Coordinating cross-program data collection, validation, reconciliation, and submission. - Developing dashboards, reports, visualizations, and technical/narrative summaries. - Supporting data infrastructure, integration, automation, and quality initiatives. - Leading quality reviews and staff training on reporting tools and compliance requirements. - Providing analytical support for grants, performance-based contracts, and strategic initiatives. - Supporting the development and analysis of program surveys. - Conducting analysis of survey responses to identify key themes and trends. - Developing and facilitating focus groups to gather qualitative feedback. - Performing other job-related responsibilities as assigned. • Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly streaming performance dashboards (DAU, MAU, stickiness, logged-in rate, avg. session time) for biweekly stakeholder meetings • Meet with key stakeholders to define target metrics for their teams and reverse-engineer solutions using available pipeline data • Support ad-hoc data requests from leadership as they arise • Monitor and maintain ETL connectors across marketing and social platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, YouTube Analytics, Google Ads, Tiktok, and more) • Administer automated data transfer jobs in BigQuery, including scheduling management and backfill resolution and maintenance for if/when they break • Serve as subject-matter-expert on data pipeline architecture across cloud data platforms, including data lineage, source systems, and reporting caveats • Partner with revenue operations, social, and marketing teams on performance data audits and dashboard maintenance • Own subscription reporting structures, auditing existing pipelines and developing new ones to support streaming platform analytics • Maintain and enhance custom scripts and queries as business needs evolve (scheduled in GBQ) • Provide cross-functional project management for technical and data initiatives across teams • Pull and reconcile web/app analytics data (GA4) with video platform metrics (JW Player) for subscriber and audience analysis • Develop and maintain DAU/MAU reporting methodology, including documenting data limitations and ensuring appropriate caveats in all stakeholder reporting • Field stakeholder questions on viewing patterns across devices and platforms (Roku, CTV, mobile, web) using combined analytics sources • Coordinate with engineering partners on data sync issues between cloud platforms • Push updated pipeline outputs from BigQuery into downstream data platforms as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-cloud data transfer issues, ensuring outputs are configured correctly to maintain pipeline reliability

• Collect and organize information for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. • Edit and maintain functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, and other customer deliverables. • Support financial and administrative tasks related to business systems. • Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation under general supervision. • Maintain a current internal documentation library and coordinate special documentation services as needed. • Provide detailed analysis of various business system functions and support technical documentation efforts.
