Role Description Your mission will be to make compliance a foundational differentiator for Multiplier, leading the evolution of our compliance platform to turn complex and ever-changing employment regulations into scalable, automated systems that power global hiring. This work will define how compliance information flows through the product, ensuring every contract, rule, and workflow is accurate by design. - Own the compliance rules, data structures, and logic governing the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contract generation to entitlements, compensation, benefits, time and attendance, payroll execution, and offboarding. - Ensure EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products remain compliant across 150+ jurisdictions. - Build for automation, reliability, and speed so that updates to local laws are reflected across the platform with minimal friction. - Partner with Legal and Operations to transform manual, error-prone processes into auditable, self-serve workflows. - Create a system where compliance becomes invisible for customers while remaining a core foundation of how Multiplier operates and grows. • Owns full P&L including revenue, gross-to-net, operating expenses, and profitability with an initial focus on launch investment prioritization and management • Leads integrated launch planning across all elements of the supply chain, regulatory, development, medical affairs and commercial defining clear deliverables and accountability • Plans and executes on the most optimal launch that maximizes market uptake, patient adoption/convenience, guideline adoption as well as generation of value for PTx • Drives forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management • Authors key product development plans with clear goals, timelines, go/no-go decision points and target product profiles for clarity across the organization • Oversees execution of plan deliverables and implements subteams as needed • Chairs cross-functional melanoma program team and ensures alignment across functions and key interdependencies • Develops and executes communication plan (including publications, presentations, and press relations) • Ensures supply readiness and lifecycle supply reliability for melanoma launch • Defines approval strategy and labeling approach in US and ex-US as well as optimal launch sequence • Shapes integrated pre-launch strategy and launch strategy as well as tactics in partnership with all key stakeholders; ensures aligned prioritization of cross-functional tactics to realize plan, including launch sequence • Sets revenue targets and aligns incentives

• Provide administrative, grants management, program coordination, and technical support for national Sea Grant programs. • Support the complete administrative lifecycle of federal grant programs from application receipt through award closeout. • Review grant applications for administrative completeness and compliance with program requirements. • Coordinate grant competition activities and maintain application documentation. • Prepare draft National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for Government review. • Assist with grant award processing and post-award administration. • Monitor grant activities and respond to grantee inquiries. • Coordinate logistics for national funding competitions. • Identify and recommend subject matter experts for proposal review panels. • Support mentor-fellow relationships and fellowship program administration. • Conduct research, collect program data, and perform analysis to evaluate program performance. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and NOAA requirements.
