• Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation • Develop an all-inclusive travel program with your client • Implement a Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the travel program • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation • Work closely with our Implementation Specialist during onboarding of new business to ensure customer expectations are met
Job Requirements
- Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired
- Account management experience required
- Extensive business travel industry experience
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience
- Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients preferred
- Ability to travel when needed
