Role Description We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Principal to support Trinity’s Analytics Function. Analytics Account Lead Principals (AALP) fulfill a leadership role at core client accounts on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. AALP will lead client relationships with full oversight over multiple project teams, including: - Client relationship building - Project delivery and success - AI and technology deployment - Team management - Budget and financial management In addition, Principals collaborate with other members of the Leadership team to drive new business development by building and maintaining client relationships at assigned account(s). With the support of assigned staff, they will lead and ensure superb delivery on client proposals and projects. The Principal will create business opportunities in close collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team. Benefits - A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $188,000-$282,000. - Eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
