• Analyze financing files and make recommendations describing the financing structure, follow-up conditions, and required guarantees. • Perform financial analysis of files for the non‑retail client segment of moderate complexity, formulate recommendations, and prepare financing packages. • Conduct periodic reviews of financing files. • Comply with current policies, practices and standards, as well as the laws governing the distribution of financial products and services. • Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files. • Act as a resource person for financing matters. • Perform variable credit control as required.

• The Revenue Analyst role consists of thorough and extensive analyzation and investigative assessment of claims that have been identified as paid incorrectly. • Through phone and written correspondence with insurance companies, the Revenue Analyst initiates pursuit of incorrectly paid medical insurance claims. • Independently, consider business needs and adjust workflow accordingly when reviewing and researching available accounts for potential payer underpayments to pursue. • Analyze and ascertain pertinent information from multiple sources (e.g., hospital systems, medical records, claims) to identify true causality for underpayments. • Recognize payor and client trends and perform research to maximize profitability. • Consider account profitability and cost analysis when reviewing for potential rebills. • Analyze payer contracts for revenue risks when business needs arise. • Facilitate and communicate results of rebills with auditors. • Mentor and assist with onboarding of incoming Revenue Analysts. • Coordinate and lead training for incoming team members. • Facilitate and or annotate internal team meetings. • Collaborate with manager and project leads to perform client work as assigned. • Manage multiple internal projects while adhering to deadlines and weekly goals. • Other duties as assigned.

• Independently work on Digital Measurement Analytics for Synchrony’s Servicing Platforms in Agile methodology to drive digital data strategy that includes collection & validation of data, reporting and measurement of feature performance • Partner with onsite Stakeholders and various process owners in marketing, technology and digital teams to plan and implement strategic priorities • Responsible for effective communication, project deliverables, adhering to expected timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management • Mentor team members on analytical, technical and functional skills • Lead internal initiatives, perform other duties and/or special projects, as assigned
