Role Description We are seeking an Associate Director who can bridge strategic thinking and technical expertise. This individual will collaborate closely with our offshore delivery team in India to design scalable solutions, while maintaining strong client presence and driving client management in the U.S. The role requires translating complex business problems into data and AI solutions and crafting narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders. As an Associate Director, you will also lead multiple engagements, shape go-to-market strategies, and mentor managers and consultants. Key Responsibilities - Lead multiple client engagements focused on digital transformation and AI/ML solutions in life sciences. - Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to design and implement scalable business, AI, and data science solutions. - Maintain strong client presence, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor. - Translate business challenges into actionable AI/data strategies and communicate effectively internally and with clients. - Develop business development narratives that balance technical depth with business relevance. - Drive business development through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership. - Mentor managers and junior consultants, fostering collaboration across global teams. - Contribute to practice development and shape service offerings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. - 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting with focus on digital strategy and analytics. - Experience working with offshore delivery models and global teams. - Ability to think strategically and translate business problems into AI/data solutions. - Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Effective communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences. - Familiarity with pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data). • Draft materials for research (discussion guides, surveys, stimuli, etc.) to help address our clients’ key business questions • Manage / Work closely with programming and fielding partners • Analyze quantitative and qualitative primary market research data to address the business objectives • Develop a highly visual and compelling PowerPoint presentation of the “story” and implications for our clients • Add value by translating research findings into the “so-whats” for our clients • Aid in proposal development as needed • Mentor Associate Consultants and new Consultant hires

• Lead analysis of primary and secondary data to generate meaningful value, access, pricing insights and recommendations for our clients (biopharmaceutical / pharmaceutical companies) across US payer and stakeholder types, including both qualitative (e.g., IDIs, focus groups, ad-boards) and quantitative project work. • Support team members by both coordinating and guiding the work of more junior staff members and effectively communicating as a partner to project managers and leadership. • Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports. • Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access and pricing in both client- and non-client-related activities (e.g., external conferences). • Train and mentor more junior staff during projects, in internal training efforts, and through formal / informal mentorship. • Support business development activities (e.g., proposal writing) as training for future role as a BD lead. • Support the growth of the EVAP function through involvement in internal initiatives focused on consultant’s professional development, training, and resources.

Role Description We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Principal to support Trinity’s Analytics Function. Analytics Account Lead Principals (AALP) fulfill a leadership role at core client accounts on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. AALP will lead client relationships with full oversight over multiple project teams, including: - Client relationship building - Project delivery and success - AI and technology deployment - Team management - Budget and financial management In addition, Principals collaborate with other members of the Leadership team to drive new business development by building and maintaining client relationships at assigned account(s). With the support of assigned staff, they will lead and ensure superb delivery on client proposals and projects. • Manage, grow, and expand the TGaS portfolio within assigned accounts by developing relationships with key decision makers within large & mid-size companies. • Think strategically about complex client organizations of all sizes and understand how to unlock growth opportunities in those accounts for existing and new TGaS solutions. • Provide vision and direction for identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of TGaS Advisors. • Report directly into the SVP and be the overall account lead for 10-12 large/mid-size accounts overseeing contracted business advisory services and business development efforts across all TGaS Advisors solutions. • Be primary advisor for the Commercial Operations leader(s) through advisory and peer-to-peer membership services. • Lead and provide oversight for contracted multi-solution benchmarks partnering with the TGaS PMO and Operations leads. • Responsible for an annual revenue goal and expanding the TGaS business in both existing and whitespace accounts. • Create annual and long-term business plans for accounts in collaboration with TGaS Solution Leads. • Review plans on a quarterly basis to determine where adjustments may be required. • Maintain professional and up-to-date knowledge in the assigned targeted accounts and TGaS service capabilities to serve as a basis for providing "value added" expanded services to all appropriate clients. • Participate in monthly updates with TGaS Solution Leads and Trinity Life Sciences partners that review current engagement and identify potential new opportunities. • Act as a TGaS business unit liaison with broader Trinity Life Sciences Account Leads and Team to assist in building relationships, forming strategic partnerships to identify business opportunities for Trinity Life Sciences offerings. • Actively research, synthesize, and communicate current trends and changes in the industry.

Design and deploy predictive models to address commercial challenges, leverage complex data assets for actionable insights, and effectively communicate technical results to diverse stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• Recruit market research projects from start to finish, including administrative functions associated with the project. • Schedule qualified respondents for research projects with a focus on strong closes to enhance respondent show rates. • Coordinate with external sample providers to ensure successful completion of research projects. • Communicate the progress of the fieldwork process to internal project teams. • Communicate with managers about potential challenges or problems, including screener problems or variances. • Understand and follow specific project specifications by the project manager. • Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.

• Act as a core member of Trinity’s cyber defense program • Identify, assess and prioritize threats and vulnerabilities across all of Trinity’s environment • Effectively communicate across multiple teams to help create a cohesive security ecosystem • Build strong relationships across the business to help identify gaps in security controls and assist in internal audits • Promote security throughout the organization

Lead end-to-end product design, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into user-friendly solutions. Conduct usability tests and iterate designs to enhance adoption, while maintaining design consistency across the product suite.
