• Perform onboarding of new clients by diagnosing their business, defining the company’s initial objective, and designing initial strategies using the RD Station Marketing and/or RD Station CRM platforms, explaining key concepts of Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Sales through adaptive communication; • Empower clients by periodically monitoring their use of the platform during the implementation phase to maximize results; • Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a bridge between the client’s and the agency’s teams, including sales and support, to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation; • Assist clients with tool setup, conducting meetings in an adaptive manner aligned with their needs and expectations; • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, organize client scheduling, and overcome objections in challenging scenarios.

• Support the calculation of taxes such as Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), PIS, COFINS, and Municipal Service Tax (ISS) under the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) and Simples Nacional regimes; • Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Income Statements (DRE), and other financial statements; • Perform tasks related to the monthly accounting close under the guidance of leadership and senior professionals; • Support company incorporations, corporate changes, and registrations with the Board of Trade (Junta Comercial); • Assist with matters related to domestic and international corporate structures; • Support the integration of accounting information between Brazilian and foreign entities; • Assist in handling requests related to personal income tax (IRPF) and ancillary filings; • Participate in professional communications in English with international clients and partners; • Contribute to the accounting, tax, and corporate compliance of operations; • Support document organization, internal controls, and process standardization; • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational routines and share suggestions with the team; • Support analyses and information gathering to aid the department's decision-making.
