• Play a critical role across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and automated EPM solutions that support financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Configure and support Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application components. • Support design and implementation of data integrations between ERP systems and EPM applications. • Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to client teams and support organizations. • Work closely with finance teams, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Design and implement custom Oracle CPQ solutions (Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, Doc Designer, Data Tables, File Manager) • Develop and maintain BML scripts, pricing rules, and approval workflows • Customize and enhance CPQ UI using JET/Redwood UI • Build and manage integrations with ERP & other enterprise systems via webservices APIs • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurations • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance • Ensure CPQ solutions comply with enterprise standards and best practices • Collaborate with architects & other workstream teams

• Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM, including incident triage, defect resolution, and minor enhancements within a managed services model. • Design, develop and support technical components including data extracts, queries, SQL/PLSQL routines, and platform artefacts (including OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts and OACS where applicable). • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across data access, security, performance, integrations/data movement, and downstream consumption. • Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and produce clear technical remediation notes and knowledge base articles. • Provide technical guidance on development standards, patterns, and methodologies (coding standards, performance optimisation, security-by-design). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions, including small change requests and continuous improvement items. • Produce and maintain technical specifications for delivered components, including logic, data sources, transformations, security model, and operational support notes. • Execute unit testing and validation to ensure technical integrity, data consistency and reliability of delivered components. • Support and enhance existing technical solutions, implementing optimisations and standardisation to reduce incidents and improve service stability. • Work with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders to drive resolution of complex technical issues, including raising SRs and providing diagnostics/evidence. • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide practical guidance/training to internal teams and end users as required.
