• Plan and execute business-side data migration activities for Finance data objects in line with global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines. • Perform and coordinate data cleansing activities, ensuring completion within agreed schedules and quality standards. • Complete data collection activities for manual and construction data objects. • Collaborate with IT teams to prepare, validate, and maintain value mappings between source and target systems. • Create and maintain master data lists for assigned Finance data objects where applicable. • Provide business insights and detailed information to technical teams to support data extraction and conversion from legacy systems. • Work closely with IT teams and Business Data Owners to identify and confirm country-specific data objects in scope. • Ensure data readiness and data quality throughout the entire migration lifecycle for assigned Finance data objects. • Verify that data is fit for purpose and aligned with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. • Review and formally approve upload files before and after data loads. • Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target systems where required. • Execute dual maintenance activities to ensure data consistency across systems. • Execute and approve data verification scripts and validation activities. • Act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for assigned Finance data objects during migration and Hypercare phases. • Support defect management activities, ensuring timely resolution of data related issues.
• Interpret and monitor performance of authentication models within the spectral library • Support creation and review of model snapshots, including associated metadata checks • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and technical teams on model refinement and updates • Contribute to model validation, release, and maintenance in support of Authentifield operations • Document methods, decisions, and changes in line with governance and compliance expectations • Data Science team coordination
• Provide BAU support for SAP EWM and Manufacturing-related logistics processes across LDC live sites, primarily focused on Austria and Schaftenau operations. • Manage incoming tickets, defects, and change requests through designated service management tools. • Collaborate with GPOs and business stakeholders to validate requirements and define further actions. • Analyze and propose solutions jointly with local business teams, LDC Core, Adopt, TD, GPO, and AMS teams. • Support and implement approved change requests within SAP EWM and related logistics/manufacturing systems. • Participate in CAB meetings to present and obtain approvals for proposed system changes. • Work closely with LDC design, adoption, and BAU teams to ensure stable operational support and continuous improvement. • Support logistics operations related to own warehouse/warehouse management processes and connected manufacturing activities. • Ensure effective collaboration between SAP and connected satellite systems, including MES and local warehouse systems. • Contribute to smooth service transition and ongoing delivery support within the current SAP landscape.
• Integration Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, architect, and document integration solutions using Dell Boomi to meet business needs. • Development: Build, configure, and test integrations within Dell Boomi, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and optimal performance. • Maintenance: Monitor and maintain existing Dell Boomi integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve integration processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration-related problems in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand integration requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Support the implementation of a global real estate system (SAP / Planon) through hands-on data migration and data quality activities. • Analyze source data provided by external vendors (e.g., CBRE), ensuring completeness, consistency, and usability. • Define and execute data mapping between source and target systems, including both field-level and value-level mappings. • Develop and apply data-driven transformation rules to align legacy data with target system requirements. • Validate data loads and ensure overall data readiness for SAP / Planon deployment. • Identify, document, and track data defects, inconsistencies, and missing inputs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. • Support testing phases, including data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with global stakeholders while maintaining ownership of assigned data activities. • Work independently with a high level of accountability, ensuring deliverables are completed without the need for close supervision. • Participate in occasional on-site alignment meetings in Prague as required.
