Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team. Technical Marketing builds, maintains, and publishes technical content that is used at experience centers & events that are loaded with Siemens DI software. In this role, you will partner with a broad part of the organization including strategy leads, zone, and global demand marketing functions across all of DI in development of all company strategies. You’ll work with directors, and at times executives, to implement, identify, and develop effective and productive marketing strategies and plans. We work with cross-functional teams to enable a consistent technical message and accessible platforms. You will work alongside other experts to develop content that can be used in end-to-end customer experiences and demos. You will be responsible for creating templates and repeatable processes for content creation that will be used by other members of TM and within the Siemens organization. Successful candidates will develop and drive technical content and strategies, consistently producing results on time and to Siemens standards. Essential Functions: - Responsible for creating templates and repeatable processes for content creation that will be used by other members of Technical Marketing and within the Siemens organization. - Collaborate with PreSales, Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that follows standards and best practices. - Work closely with lead content strategists to manage content strategy and quality on all Marketing and Sales materials. - Engage and influence stakeholders, including Executives, partners, and cross-functional teams. - Lead internal application requirements for development. - Support Technical Marketing external communications and processes. - Work independently or with outside vendors on projects of varying scope. - Drive decision-making and accountability in ambiguous or high-pressure environments. Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to develop engaging and effective technical sales content and strategies, consistently producing results on time and within budget. - Extensive knowledge of image and video editing software. - Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation and organization skills. - Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure timelines are met. - Strong technical proficiency and planning skills. - Ability to collaborate with and influence others as part of a virtual team, as well as leading virtual teams. - Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences. - Great teammate and excellent social skills to build strong relationships. - Strong written skills, including the ability to develop clear messaging concepts and author appropriate content to support marketing execution and sales enablement. - Understand the basic principle of working with AI, and ability to recognize its use for future content development. - Understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as a general understanding of the software sales cycle. - Knowledge of Mendix, Polarion, and web development standard processes and code desired, but not essential. - Ability to work in a globally dispersed team. Required Education and Experience: - A minimum of 5 years of content creation, marketing analysis, PreSales, or similar experience; leadership experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or computer science; advanced degree desirable. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: - Normal office environment or working remotely - Minimal travel required, less than 15% The pay range for this position is $109,800 - $197,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
