Senior Functional Consultant – SAP HCM, Payroll
EPI-USE Brasil
• Headcount planning and personnel budget forecasting • Prepare calculations to estimate employee-related costs • Support workforce planning • Calculate PLR (Profit-Sharing and Results Participation) • Configure or execute calculations according to company rules • Payroll accounting activities • Post payroll accounting entries • Ensure accounting entries are correct after processing • eSocial processing • Strong knowledge of eSocial obligations • Validate and process labor, social security, and tax events • End-to-end payroll specialist • Work across the entire payroll cycle: onboarding; contract changes; vacation; leaves/absences; payroll calculation; taxes and contributions; terminations/settlements; closing and accounting integration.

- Availability for occasional travel
- Senior or specialist profile
- Speak Spanish, as you may provide support to Paraguay
- Required language: Advanced/Fluent Spanish
