Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, including job scoping, intake, outreach, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer management. • Partner with hiring managers to ensure application of consistent, value-aligned recruitment best practices and effective use of the ATS. • Post positions, monitor pipelines, and engage with diverse candidate pools and outreach partners. • Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and background screenings. • Represent Oxfam at career events (virtual and in person) and promote opportunities via social media and strategic partnerships. • Utilize technology to support the development and utilization of recruitment tools, templates, and process improvements to drive efficiency and access. • Monitors, tracks and reports on hiring metrics to ensure turnaround times are within specific guidelines. • Manage all visa-enabled hires and onboarding, including preparation of supporting documentation and coordination with immigration attorneys. • Serve as primary liaison to PEOs for international hires, ensuring alignment with contracts, risk protocols, and employment law. • Lead consistent onboarding processes and ensure completion and compliance of necessary documentation (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, tax forms).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing operations, or HR coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience with international hiring and onboarding processes, including collaboration with immigration providers or PEOs.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and visa regulations; Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse functions and cultures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Cultural humility and fluency in navigating multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS e.g. SmartRecruiter, UBW, and ADP Workforce Now.

Description The Talent Acquisition (TA) Process & Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving process improvement, enablement, and operational initiatives that deliver efficiency and consistency across GM's Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) function. - Execute change management activities in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, QRGs, and tracking adoption. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity, and support the optimization of the TA team's suite of tools and systems to meet hiring needs globally. - Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes. - Design and facilitate training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to operate consistently and effectively. - Bring forward data-informed recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function.
