Description The Talent Acquisition (TA) Process & Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving process improvement, enablement, and operational initiatives that deliver efficiency and consistency across GM's Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) function. - Execute change management activities in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, QRGs, and tracking adoption. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity, and support the optimization of the TA team's suite of tools and systems to meet hiring needs globally. - Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes. - Design and facilitate training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to operate consistently and effectively. - Bring forward data-informed recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related function - Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization - Experience with change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development - Proficiency with Workday (ATS) and other applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and operational recommendations Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working within a large enterprise or global recruiting environment - Familiarity with recruiting automation tools and AI-enabled technology (such as scheduling or candidate engagement platforms) - Lean, Six Sigma, project management certification, or equivalent process improvement methodology experience - Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) or HR shared services functions Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. - The salary range for this role is $88,100 - $140,700 GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role. This includes direct company sponsorship, entry of GM as the immigration employer of record on a government form, and any work authorization requiring a written submission or other immigration support from the company (e.g., H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, etc.) This role is based remotely, but if the selected candidate lives within a specific mile radius of a GM hub, they will be expected to report to the location three times a week {or other frequency dictated by your manager}.
