Cornerstone Capital Bank

• Originate Loans by managing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and managing the team pipeline of loans. • Coaching existing Regional LO’s to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company • Recruiting LO candidates for the Region • Onboarding new LO candidates, including training in the Company’s sales culture and disciplines and coaching to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company • Assisting the Regional with production and support strategies

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required
  • 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
  • Proficient in Sales
  • Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
