• Translate enterprise strategy into clear regional priorities and execution plans, ensuring alignment across all clinic sites throughout BC • Lead and optimize financial and operational performance across the region, with accountability for EBITDA, KPIs, and sustainable growth • Provide strong financial stewardship by overseeing supply and equipment budgets, implementing controls, and ensuring disciplined resource allocation • Partner with commercial teams to identify and advance business development opportunities, regional partnerships, and service expansion initiatives • Apply strong understanding of the BC healthcare and operational landscape to lead operational readiness for new technologies, therapies, and services with minimal disruption • Ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience and high clinical service standards across all clinics • Lead incident reviews, audits, and structured quality improvement initiatives, translating findings into meaningful clinical and operational improvements • Foster a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement, grounded in evidence, standards, and best practices • Leverage patient feedback, insights, and data to guide service evolution and quality priorities • Build and develop strong clinic leaders by setting and reviewing SMART goals that clearly connect individual and team performance to regional strategy • Coach, mentor, and empower leaders and teams—supporting high performance while addressing challenges with clarity, empathy, and accountability • Champion ongoing training, professional development, and leadership capability to support current performance and future growth • Lead regional recruitment efforts and shape a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience across clinics • Act as a key regional voice in strategic initiatives, bringing clinic-level insight and operational perspective to enterprise decision-making • Collaborate with internal partners to align clinic operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives • Ensure safety events and quality concerns are addressed with rigor, transparency, and follow-through, reinforcing trust and accountability
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites or clinic settings
- Background in infusion clinic operations or Patient Support Programs is an asset
- Certifications/experience in oncology, neurology, or rare disease care are strong assets
- Previous experience leading regional operations in specialty or complex clinic environments is considered a strong asset
- This role requires regular travel across the province of British Columbia, including visits to all regional clinics, to support operations, teams, and strategic initiatives (approximately 8 locations)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
