Senior Pharmacy Trade Relations Director
Prime Therapeutics
• Responsible for managing Prime's Trade Relations program(s) for medical and pharmacy strategies and all related partner/customer relationships. • Accountable for the execution of programs and solutions that drive strategic product decisions, pharmaceutical manufacturer contract decisions, and related client messaging. • Analyzing and enhancing contract performance, negotiations, agreement execution, training of internal teams and driving outcome value to internal and external stakeholders. • Partner internally with Prime teams to align strategies and negotiate with external partners. • Collaborate on rebate bid analysis and rebate agreement process to ensure alignment with corporate goals, performance standards and expected outcomes. • Manage external and internal relationships necessary to position products and solutions within the market or with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or other related field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 10 years of related work experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmaceutical sales, analytical contracting or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization
- Expert negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business and financial acumen, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
