Role Description The Senior Analytics Engineer is an integral member of the data analytics organization and is responsible for managing, optimizing, overseeing and monitoring the retrieval, storage and distribution of large data sets to enable data-driven business processes and deliver actionable business insights through dashboards, reports and other self-service visualizations tools. Manages complex projects, mentors junior engineers, and ensures that engineering principles are applied consistently within the team. - Develops, constructs, tests and maintains data architecture, extract, load, transform (ELT) processes, logical and physical data models, data marts, meta data repositories and data warehouse designs in alignment with business requirements. - Optimizes data retrieval, develops data set processes, algorithms and identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality. - Contributes to and maintains business glossary and other resources that foster cross-functional collaboration on analytical data resources. - Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved delivery, business processes and tasks that can be automated, and to understand the underlying data resources and their relationship to deliver actionable data driven insights and decision support. - Provides technical guidance to the analytics function and projects, ensuring that new initiatives enable effective analytic information management; builds and tests proof of concepts to test and demonstrate business value. - Cross-trains, supports, and works closely with team members in the following roles: Data Scientist, Systems Analyst, Report Developer. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering or another IT-related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED. - 5 years of experience in IT, to include 3 years data analytics engineering and experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics. - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications - DBT certified or equivalent work experience. - Experience with development tools such as GitHub and Jira. - Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation. - Programming experience in computer languages such as Python and R. - Experience with cloud database platforms and associated tools such as GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Big Query. - Experience building and maintaining data and analytics systems/products using common BI tools and Cloud products. • Plays a key role in various clinical pharmacy accounts: overseeing the overall clinical activities for various clients and up selling additional clinical services and ensuring renewal of the account. • Responsible for working with Account Managers in identifying common customer problems that require clinical solutions, and facilitating the implementation and monitoring of clinical solutions in support of our clients' goals to reduce expenses and improve care. • Serves as facilitator and mentor to the clinical liaisons for assigned contract(s). • Assists Account Managers with managing overall client relationship and driving the adoption of recommended clinical solutions as well as assisting Account Managers in managing the P&L of the account in order to meet targeted profitability. • Understands that the financial impact of all clinical recommendations is essential for both the client's cost of care and the overall administration of the programs. • Activities address impact on customers, operations, program integrity, pricing, quality and satisfaction. • Develops and tracks appropriate metrics that monitor the quality and care cost impact of the clients' program. • Provides guidance, assistance and mentoring to assist the Account Manager staff in attaining goals. • Requires communication across all departments and an understanding of the strategic impact of the programs to customers and clients and extensive knowledge of how the programs integrate with other clinical initiatives. • As a collaborative partner with our customers, must have expertise with data management and overall healthcare trends specific to the Medicaid population.

Role Description The Senior Treasury Claim Analyst is responsible for supporting the claim payment process, completing regulatory requirements for pharmacy and member payments. This position performs complex in-depth analysis and works cross-functionally on projects and implementations. This role is responsible for providing guidance to the Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and Claims operation functions, as well as Pharmacy Networks and Government Programs. - Participates in complex client and system implementations, leading discussion on liquidity impacts and ensuring compliance with prompt pay laws. - Performs issue management triage collaborating with stakeholders to identify root cause and resolve. - Performs all escheatment activities by working cross-functionally to develop reporting processes and controls, completing annual escheatment processes, and determining and complying with state unclaimed property laws. - Performs in depth complex analysis on payment compliance with federal and state prompt pay laws and contractual requirements. - Identifies and leads process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other related divisions. - Provides guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership. - Other duties as assigned.
