Associate Regional Director

Young Life

• Provide leadership and supervision across much of Illinois outside the Chicago area and portions of Eastern Iowa. • Ensure strong, consistent leadership, coaching, and care for staff across a multi-state territory. • Regular travel to build relationships, coach and develop staff, support local ministry efforts, and model healthy, sustainable ministry practices. • Significant fundraising for both the operating budget and, potentially, other regional initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of Core Training — Phase One
  • Must be able to supervise at a distance.
  • Proven spiritual leader.
  • Proven leadership in developing diverse staff and ministries
  • Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Has the potential and capacity to function as a regional director.
