Job Description

Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant

Giving Home Healthcare

• Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record. • Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies. • Performs patient assessments, coordination of care. • Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home. • Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one. • Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients. • Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.

Job Requirements

  • Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test
  • Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
  • Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
