• Examines chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial properties • Performs title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise • Abstracts and analyzes records, such as leases, subleases, acreage, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plot and map books • Determines ownership and legal restrictions and to verify legal description of property and completeness of records for examinations, including multi-site properties • Writes title products based on the interpretation and application of procedural guidelines • Provides underwriting interpretation within established guidelines • May have customer contact • Other duties as assigned

• Conduct quality assurance audits of medical records and ICD‑9/10 diagnosis codes submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other government agencies • Collect medical records and conduct research to ensure accuracy of member information and obtain provider signatures • Upload verified documents to Cotiviti centralized repository within 24-hour time frame • Follow state and federal regulations as well as internal policies and guidelines while retrieving medical records • Independently manage workload within defined service level expectations • Travel for up to 60% of the time to provider offices to retrieve, review, and validate medical records on‑site

Role Description Utilize specialty databases to abstract patient data from electronic medical records for the application of medical registries. - Perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries while ensuring high levels of abstraction accuracy and alignment with organizational quality standards. - Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - At least 2 years of cardiovascular registry experience. - At least 5 years of clinical cardiovascular experience (Cath Lab, CV Tech, etc). - Experience working with Epic, Meditech, and/or Cerner.
