• Administer the day-to-day operations of Trevor's benefits programs • Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and external consultants • Partner with the Director, Total Rewards to evaluate, evolve, and continuously improve benefits offerings • Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process • Support pay equity audits, internal equity reviews, and compensation reporting as needed

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Strong working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other federal, state, and local regulations governing benefits and compensation
  • Experience administering leave and accommodations across multiple states, including ADA and mental-health-related accommodations
  • Familiarity with payroll fundamentals and willingness to serve as back-up to a Senior Manager, Payroll
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
