• Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding and interpreting client needs to help tailor solutions that meet their expectations. • Consultation and Planning: Work with clients and internal teams to help construct project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal capabilities. • Project Oversight: Support internal processes to ensure project plans are executed according to specifications and deadlines. • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in providing support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively use the technology. • Issue Resolution: Help address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust. • Data Processing: Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data.

• Develop project plans that outline components, communications, milestones, priorities, needs and resources • Organize, facilitate, and participate in meetings of stakeholder groups • Work collaboratively in analyzing business needs to identify potential technical solutions • Apply senior level skills in leading stakeholders • Monitor and regularly communicate project status to Sponsors, Business Owners and other stakeholders • Make formal and informal presentations and reports • Identify potential difficulties and/or barriers to project goals • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, laws, rules and regulations • Employ advanced change management techniques to facilitate the adoption of the project • Maintain appropriate records, information, documentation and reports

Coordinate and deliver multiple building automation projects, oversee procurement and subcontractor activities, track project resources and progress, and manage project-specific billing to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Lead complex projects from initiation to closeout, managing cost, schedule, and quality. Communicate project updates and risks effectively while ensuring alignment with milestones and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
